Hello!

I've written two nifty little things in midgard.. HPage, and HedIt.

HPage, as y'all may remember, allows people to run a web site from your
browser without knowing anything about HTML, web sites, etc.. I've upgraded/rewritten
it a bit, and it's become pretty nifty, in my opinion :)

HPage (now in version 2) can be seen in action at
http://www.lincolnhs.pps.k12.or.us/hpage2/Ridcully/
- note, that the site has been unaccesable lately, so you may not be able
to get to it.

HedIt is the admin interface for managing topics and articles I've been
working on. It's nifty for several reasons. First, it allows you to browse
the topic/article tree via a list-view style interface... You select where
you want to go from a listbox, and then click the go button to view it.
Second, the currently selected item always appears on screen. You don't
have to click "edit" to get to the edit screen. (of course the changes aren't
saved unless you tell it to). Finally, you can link to the interface very
easily. For example, I have a list of recent news items on the front page
of my site. Near each item is an "edit" link, which links you directly to
HedIt. It also passes, in the URL, the type of data (topic or article),
and the id number thereof, and the result is that you are taken to the proper
place in the hierarchy, shown where you are via the browse window, etc...

Anyway, I'm wondering when Repligard'll be out, so that I can release this
stuff. It would be a real pain to try to extract everything so that it could
be reinserted without breaking anything.
