I think he means the language preferences you set in the browser. I've set
mine to en, pt, fr, es. So a site that properly supports content negotiation
will first try to deliver x.en.html. If it doesn't have an English version, it
will deliver x.pt.html, and so on. The thing to do is to get Midgard to
support content negotiation.
