Like Terry Babbey, same point, same errors, the I recompiled apache with
the ./configure --prefix=/etc/httpd ---enable-module=so option ....
Then that 16711680 thing, and a check to the page

> NG.APXS-BREAK
as advised by emile.
All this is a time lost ....
I am happy not to be the only one unable to install midgard.
