There is nothing in the Errorlogfiles from Apache and MySql.
I have executet the midgard.sql file and all the instructions from
http://www.midgard-project.com/article/1137.html
In the table person I can write the name und the address but I can't write
username and password.

The midgard data package has instructions on how to set up MySQL
permissions for the Midgard user. If access to the database is denied
there will be messages in the apache errorlog about it.
I must note that we are currently at release 1.2.5 which has many
improvements over 1.2.3
