FWIW, I don't see the interviews as a bother. I like to see my name in the
news as much as the next guy, since it means exposure for the things I
care about, and helping with Midgard PR is part of the responsibilities
I took when I started working actively on Midgard AFAIC.

I would however be happy to see others contribute stories to the MWS. At
the moment most stories revolve around a rather small group of people. If
you're not contributing stories to the MWS every once in a while,
technical, documentation, horror stories, whatever, you're probably
underestimating the value of your own work.

Vote against. If need be we could move to a mix of the previous MWS style
and the interview style, but I'd rather not see the interviews eliminated.

> change from weekly publication to biweekly,

I happen to like them weekly but I'm not the one that has to get them out.
Your call.

In favor.

But have you got any numbers on how it was before the inteviews? Maybe
numbers are up. And let's not forget that whatever we may think of
Midgard, not everyone is going to read our newsreports. I know I read only
a very small selection of what's published on LWN for example.
