Ok, now the -I/usr/include/apache is automatically added and both error
messages disappears.
But there exists still the problem with the missing gd include files (I have
just again added the -I/usr/include/gd manually in the Makefile, then all could
be comiled and linked.
Now it seems, that all is working (apache could be started, midgard modules are
loaded). If they work, I will try (and hope ;-) ...

PS: Is there a list or an email, where problems (and possible solutions) during
the compilation of midgard can be posted. I had some smaller problems before.
If it would be helfully to you, I could send it there an my workaround too.
