Now, I agree with you ;-) I am now using Midgard 1.4b3 on a FreeBSD 4.0
IT'S WORKING.
I have just made a mistake to compile mod_midgard.
./configure --with-midgard=/usr/local
(instead of ./configure --with-midgard=/usr/local/lib)
