You're not supposed to. AAMOF, this file should not be in your
documentroot at all.

If that is the case, how did you compile & install mod_midgard &
midgard-php? I didn't even know these compiled on win32. And I think the
win32 PHP uses threads; Midgard isn't thread-safe so the effects should be
interesting (in the Chinese sense).
