It provides a very useful content management system, which stores all
PHP, HTML, Javascript, CSS, XML etc. into an SQL database, and allows all
changes to the source to occur via a Web interface. It also provies
basic user authentication, user and group management, and a helpful set
of libraries for PHP access to topics and articles that can be used to
build on-line interactive Web sites.
