Easiest way in my experience is to backup your httpd.conf, then use RPM
to uninstall the old Apache, MySQL and PHP modules, then install the
Midgard
Monster RPM. Then fold in any virtual servers you previously defined,
and you'll have abeautifully working Midgard, Apache, MySQL and PHP.
