[midgard] IRC meet

Hi all,

I'd like to schedule an IRC meet to offer those who could not be at the
Paris meeting to get up to speed, and to talk about the new hosting
options for the Midgard Project server.

For me to be able to make it it would need to be > 1700 UTC most any given
day.
