Hi Anatol,

Aurora is looking for an OS project that they can build services around.
They're investing in Midgard so we can produce 2.0 which will have an
architecture similar to apache...midgard core kernel that allows third
parties to write modules for. Aurora intends to write modules, website and
application development with Midgard etc.

The licensing of the primary Midgard features and the core will be LGPL
and GPL. Obviously our concern is to ensure that anything we build while
under the emplyoment of Aurora, remains OS and freely available. Any
insites and experiences into matters of this nature would be greatly
appreciated.

Off the top of my head, I can't tell you much about the membership
program. It's really designed to help us develope what we're already
doing. Membership fees could be used to pay for things like a new server
and improved bandwidth. While Aurora has offered us a server and
bandwidth, we're always concerned with maintaining a helthy amount of
anonymity. I'm sure Aurora would like to see us solve some of our
challanges without there assinstance.

I'm sure someone else will respond with details for making a contribution
and becoming a member.

Talk to you soon and thanks much for the interest.

Ron
