I thought you mentioned that the RPM build failed if libraries allready
existed?

That's because 1.2.5 didn't _have_ sitegroups.

Yes. Sitegroups changes things that you were used to from 1.2.5 and
probably from the way you would expect loggin in to websites in general.
Please familiarize yourselves with the way they work. The entry on
sitegroups is one of the most comprehensive parts of the manual.
