If I have a ROOT element of a style which is:
<(content)>
Then the content is output before the http response!
If ANY active character (even a space) precedes it, then the headers go
first!
I discovered this writing a blank style so that I could request naked
article bodies for loading into the DHTML editor.
This also probably affects Allan Knowles thing which also uses an Empty
style with just Content - hey - I bet thats why the controls would not
instantiate for me! (Checks) NO, it wasne't that.
