Makes sense. Unfortunately "prefix" doesn't seem to be getting anything, or
it is not defined (it's not listed in the online manual in the section about
mgd_get_midgard which is where the $midgard object is discussed).

$midgard->uri *seemed* to be the next best choice, but it returns the
current page's URI, which obviously doesn't help any.

$mgdroot doesn't seem to be getting set either. My copy of the admin site
uses:

   <a href="&(mgdroot);/topic/" class="navi">&(link.title);</a>

to create its links. But when I try using mgdroot I do not get the same
results. Do I have a configuration/compilation problem, or has something
changed somewhere?
