I think I changed the mgd_create_mail error this morning, I'll look at the
other one, thank you.

To everyone using the manual: All feedback about it is very much
appreciated. I have just gone through a complete reordering, and have no
doubt introduced many new errors. I am going from top to bottom now to
make the documentation more complete, and put examplecode in. So for
complaints, suggestions, questions, contributions: 'There has never been a
better time than right now.
