I just spent some time looking a bit further into the Inline editing stuff.. Basically most solutions so far have relied on IE or a plugin that only works on windows... - Quite a few of our content publishers are sitting there praying for the day they can get rid of any windows boxes from their office and this was not helping..... Anyway, I did wonder whether Mozilla (NS6) would have any interesting stuff to do a similar task.. - And wow was I close... - It seems like Mozilla interface is build around a bunch of XML/javascript files - which are relitivly easy to mess around with.... - i was wondering if anyone else had had a look at it and had got any further than thinking - mmh how about a mozilla/midgard management tool..... - that used the editor box from mozilla? and had a full GUI.... - has alot of interesting posibilities... Anyway I will be getting a few guys to look at the stuff to come up with ideas.. regards alan -- Technical Director Linux Center (HK) Ltd. www.hklc.com -- This is The Midgard Project's mailing list.
