I am using 1.4beta4 (buggy, I know) for testing. I created a page in my site
that requires authentication (pages above it do not). I created a new group
using group admin, and added a user to that group. The group admin would not
show that user under my new group, so I manually updated the tables to place
the new user in the new group (is this a bug in the admin site?).
When I hit the page I get prompted for a login and password, but I am unable
to login using the new user. I have gone through the online docs, and the
archives. It appears that since the user is in SG0 that they should login as
username+0 and then their password. This doesn't work.
Have I missed something, or is this part of the beta4 problems? (I'm
thinking I missed something)
