building from CVS,

rtp@noemia:~/midgard (pts/3) -> ./bootstrap
( cd lib && aclocal && libtoolize -f --automake && automake -a && autoconf
)
aclocal: configure.in: 18: macro `AM_PROG_LIBTOOL' not found in library
make: *** [all] Error 1
