Hmmm. just tested it. winzip knows how to gunzip a tar.gz file, but then I'm
stuck with a .tar file. a whatever .gz file is associated with winzip, but
winzip then wants to put it in an archive for me... This stinks.
Maybe you should use the zip utility to create zip files for those windows
users...
