Dear midgard,
I have a homepage where the user must first select an option from TERMS, then they
refine their search by selecting a further sub-option from STRANDS.
I need to hold the TERMS information ,eg. The user picked Term1, so that when the user
refines their search by selecting from STRANDS, eg. The user picked Text, the php
script will know both the TERM(1) and STRAND(Text) and display the correct information
corresponding to these variables.
Could you tell me the best way to achieve this using Midgard and php3. I'm limited in
that I'm not allowed to use client side JavaScript. Do I use server-side cookies?
Thanks,
Gary

Subject: making a copy of a midgard website
Hello everyone - me again,
Is there a simple way to make a copy of an entire Midgard site and place it on a
separate port of the same host?
I want to avoid having to recreate the same tree structure for the new port.
Also, what possibilities are there for copying an entire Midgard site onto a different
Apache Web Server?
I'm now back on the mailing list.
Cheers,
Gary
