It's possible, but you won't be hearing me say it's pretty. List the
lot, stuff {sortkey -> ID) in a hash, sort hash, refetch the lot. And
I'm not sure PHP hashes handle duplicate keys, it may even have to be
{sortkey -> [ ID, ID, ...] }
