OK - I change my machine name to simply "tracker" - for some reason I
have to
put tracker. (with a period after it in /etc/hosts) for my ppp to work.
Apache works - mysql works - php works
server status is
Server: Apache/1.3.12 (Unix) Midgard/1.2.5 PHP/3.0.12+Midgard/1.2.5
I turned on authentication like this:
<Directory /usr/local/libexec/apache>
require valid-user
AuthName midgard
AuthType midgard
</Directory>
When I bring up http://localhost:80 I get only
the apache manual html files.
Where from here?
