I do mind, the script is not supposed to do that. The script doesn't delete or alter contents so the part you're missing will still be in the database. A few questions: - do you have sitegroups? - if so, do you see the links if you're logged in as root? - did you choose to let the script move data to another sitegroup? - Did you alter the admin site?
