You can at upload time. After it's been saved as a blob the only
things you can do with it currently are overwrite it, delete it or
serve it I now realize.
I have omitted direct access to the blobs as a feature, because this
way I could control access to them fully via the midgard API, but this
may indeed be sacrificing too much. What do you all say? Keep it this
way or disclose the physical location? Since the files are created by
the user apache runs as, nothing will prevent any apge author from
accessing (deleting/modifying/...) any of the blobs, unless you have
compiled safe mode to exclude the blob path.
