Yes, I agree. From the OTHER side, if this is false, Archer will have a
VERY strong court case for libel.

I did a quick Google for news & found quite a few articles but for the most
part they referred to the Culper article.

I looked at the differences in the photos and have to give Archer the
benefit of the doubt. It's reasonable for the final design to have
differences with respect to the the prototype, and it's possible that there
are no *functional* differences. If the new design is presented to the FAA
for conformity, the differences between new & prototype are merely
differences and the FAA won't care. No harm, no foul. Without having access
to the company records & design details, all bets are off.

That said, the rest of the allegations paint a damning picture. If true,
the conformity issue is secondary and can be ignored because the last thing
you want to do is is falsify data with the authorities.

Last, we're all aware that Archer expects to be operating in Abu Dhabi by
the end of this year. If there's a problem, the world will know soon enough.

>From what I've seen & heard about rival Joby, they're doing pretty well in
Dubai. But like Archer, we'll know more soon enough.
