Mifnet friends, I suppose I could/should have put NNN in the subject line, but this is somewhat aviation-related. I'm currently looking for a job and would love to return to the aviation community.
I left NATCA in 2022 and spent the past three years working for Wells Fargo as part of their media relations team. But a few days ago, Wells Fargo eliminated my team and many other public affairs positions too. My first layoff. Not pleasant, but I am thankful for the rewarding experiences I had both there and throughout my career, which began in print journalism in the 90s before I moved with my wife here to the Washington/Baltimore area in 2000 to take the job with NATCA where I led media relations and PR efforts and also their internal communications with their members. I'm excited to have the chance now to write a new chapter in my career. I'm currently doing some freelance communications work and am open to expanding that while I explore full-time opportunities. If you happen to hear about a company/organization in the aviation/aerospace industry that has an opening, I'd really love to hear from you. I've got three decades of communications experience and I'm absolutely passionate about writing, storytelling, and bringing a collaborative, lively, and positive presence to a team.
