Although the precedence and sequence of financial closing and pilot
Seniority List Integration (SLI) events has differed in earlier mergers
-- notably Delta-Northwest, which created some implementation advantage
compared with network airline peer mergers -- as I understand it, any
Hawaiian/Alaska pilot SLI effort will only occur after a Joint
Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA) is negotiated and ratified.
That could be later this year, or may continue into 2026.
