Atop a rather tall mountain nearest to the equator. The height of the mountain moves you slightly further from the earth's core and the proximity to the equator provides somewhat more distance owing to the equatorial bulge of the earth (around 12 miles). Finally, there is more centrifical force in this position (which accounts for the bulge) which would counteract gravity to a some extent.
