Hi Mike, There are multiple forces moving us around constantly. The rotation of the earth, the earth around the sun, the sun through the galaxy, the galaxy through space (which itself relates to multiple factors). The largest of these, by far, is the motion of the galaxy through space, which has variously been estimated at around 130/mps.
I've never seen a calculation of the sum of all factors on our motion, but one must surely exist. Disclaimer: I don't carry more that a few numbers in my head, so I looked up that the difference in weight owing to centrifical force at the equator is around 0.5%.
