Shape the Future – Now Accepting Proposals to Host Airliners International
2027

A cornerstone of the Airliners International tradition is our commitment to
rotating our "summer home" to a different city each year. As we look beyond
our 50th year, we are officially opening the application window for Airliners
International 2027.

We are looking for passionate hosts to bring the World’s Largest Airline
Collectibles Show to their favorite airport. To help kickstart your
creative thinking, we’ve identified several major aviation markets that are
overdue for a convention and several high-interest, high-potential cities:

✈ Group 1: AvGeek Fan Favorites

Major aviation hubs that were once hosts but have not held the AI
convention in over a decade.

   - West Coast: LAX (Los Angeles), SEA (Seattle), PDX (Portland), SFO/SJC
   (San Francisco/San Jose)
   - South: MIA (Miami), MCO (Orlando), IAH (Houston)
   - East Coast: NYC (New York)

✈ Group 2: The "Never Hosted" Large Metropolitan Cities

These cities have the infrastructure and major airport presence but have
never hosted an Airliners International convention.

   - East Coast: BOS (Boston), CLT (Charlotte), FLL (Fort Lauderdale)
   - West/Mountain: SAN (San Diego), LAS (Las Vegas), SLC (Salt Lake City)

✈ Group 3: The "Never Hosted" Medium Sized Cities

Emerging markets with high enthusiast interest that have never been
selected.

   - Central: AUS (Austin), BNA (Nashville)
   - Southwest: TUS (Tucson)

Interested in Submitting a Proposal?

Guaranteed—this will be one of the most memorable and exciting experiences
of your life! If you might be interested in submitting a proposal to host
Airliners International 2027 and want to know more about the process,
please email [email protected] Even if you are just thinking about it
and want to get more information—send us an email! We can connect you with
previous year’s hosts to share their experiences, expectations, and help
you build a winning proposal!

The deadline for submitting a proposal is April 10, 2026 11:59pm
ET. Contact [email protected]

We look forward to seeing you in the Mile High City in 2026—and reading
your visions for 2027!

Blue Skies,

Your Board of Directors
