Toledo Express Airport (TOL) is another noteworthy example. TOL has Allegiant…and that’s it!
Alan Bender  Rickenbacker Airport in Columbus, Ohio is a good example of this. They fly to several cities in Florida and I’m not aware of any other scheduled (pax) airlines there.

While Allegiant serves over 120 airports, they operate with no direct competition on roughly 85-86% of their routes. Although they rarely dominate an entire airport alone, they are often the sole carrier in smaller, secondary, or underserved markets, using a business model that connects small-to-mid-sized cities to vacation destinations.
