IMHO airlines have lost their way with these luxury boxes. They insist on building cubicles that I find terribly uncomfortable and isolating. My wife and I flew to Europe in United’s Polaris business class and it was torture. We couldn’t talk to one another. I hated it. That’s what these American seats look like. You also have to stuff your legs down a tube running under the seat in front of you - very uncomfortable. Just give me the old reclining leather seat with a footrest and the chance of a friendly person next to me.
