Over the next several days, I'm planning several Mifnet upgrades intended to facilitate/ensure reliable deliveries-these should be invisible to everyone. While no difficulties are expected, please contact me off list if you experience uncommon bounces or missing Mifnet posts. Unfortunately, these changes are more complicated than they should be and there is no completely reliable way to test.
