Tom, Not to mention the basic oxymoron between "regional airlines" and "global visibility." In fairness, I suppose Southwest had global visibilty when it was still an intrastate carrier, back in the pre-deregulation Stone Age. . Today, maybe we could stretch "regional" to include pan-European carriers like Ryanair, but Europe is a pretty big region.
