Hi Eric,

If I'm not mistaken, according to the bug, we do not want to reset the
mifos user password at each server initialization.  The fix for this
bug is to remove that behavior (I couldn't think of a good reason we
would want to do this and it is a problem for MFIs using Mifos
currently).  It sounds like you're in agreement?

If you are in agreement, are you interested in submitting a patch to
fix this bug?  If you're not able to do this, it's no problem, however
if you're interested, it would be a contribution we would really
appreciate, since this is a high priority issue for us to fix for our
next release :)
