Interesting... Should Mifos be accessible after the batch jobs are run? Are users given some kind of message if they try to logon while the batch jobs are running?

When the batch jobs are running, users are kicked out of the system and cannot log in until they are done (usually a couple of hours, depending on the size of data in the DB).
