Omar, you likely want to review the links at
http://mifos.org/developers. All of the links along the sidebar will
take you to introductory information.

Perhaps you mean: http://mifos.org/developers/technical-orientation to
be more specific.

Also, to get answers for 2-6, you probably want to review
http://mifos.org/knowledge/functional-specs.

Additional functionality will exist in 1.1 which is discussed here:
http://mifos.org/developers/roadmap/roadmap/product-roadmap#v1.1

Though we questions one by one, it sounds like you'll find a lot of your
answers in the basic documentation-how to write-off a loan, undo a
disbursement, add custom fields, et cetera. After getting an overview
of Mifos, I think your questions may be more specific and easier to
answer.

Subject: [Mifos-developer] getting started on the development

Hi,

I like to contribute with the MIFOS development, and i have a few
questions:

1) is there like a tutorial for the mifos developers?

2) Can i cancel a loan?! simply as if it never occured! like undo for
the loans?

3) I want to create a client listing for LO's and like an advance search
options (search for family name, father's name...)

4) Add the Garantee option to MIFOS, like someone that will garantee the
client's this can be another client.

5) Most important: can we reschedule payments? like add a certain number
of months to the loan period...

6) Seasonal loans: loans are off at a certain season, like winter... and
maybe the loans payments in this

period can be less than the other payments.

Sorry for my long list, but any help on how to get started is
appreciated.

Best

BILANI Omar
