Tom, this is awesome! I looked at the nearly one megabyte patch and was
shocked at how much cruft was in there. That's one meg none of us will
have to maintain, so you rock. I'm going to call you Scrooge or Price is
Right or something because you just saved everyone a ton of money on
Mifos development.

I didn't have to do this in Eclipse. I did have to point to the new
version of the strutstest library (v2.1.4) though.

One other thing, I think the bamboo build server is broken or stuck or
something.
http://build.mifos.org:8085/bamboo/browse/MIFOS-WT/log
shows "[junit] Exception in thread "main" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError:
Java heap space" and reports that the build from 5:34PM PST today is
still running (270 minutes slower than usual).
