Hi Omar,

I don't have any idea about this particular feature.  I can tell you that
the current version, Mifos 1.0 is not fully internationalized.  We are doing
work now to complete basic internationalization (i18n) for the next
release.  Mifos is mostly unicode (UTF-8) compatible, but as you have found,
there are still some spots where this is lacking.  If you end up figuring
out the cause of this problem it would be helpful to enter a bug in the
issue tracker.  Even better, if you are able to provide a patch that fixes
it we would be happy to include it in Mifos 1.1.
