I'm on vacation--back after new year's--but I do have a few comments on
your progress.

First of all, thanks for the update! I think there are excited and
interested parties that would love to be kept updated on how things are
going. And since Mifos development is as transparent as possible, it is
fine to have this type of conversation on the mifos-developer mailing
list.

Please copy it to a Web server, then send the URL along with
a a short description to the mifos-developer mailing list. Mention that
you'd welcome constructive criticism.

It would also be great to maintain a wiki page on mifos.org with links
to your documents and notes on your progress. You could also entertain
feedback there.

Yep, open the CustomerBO class in the Eclipse Java editor. Choose
Navigate -> Open Type Hierarchy.
