Hi Amiruddin, Keith and I have been reviewing your patch and I should have some detailed feedback for you soon. In the meantime I am able to reproduce the errors you describe below by applying your patch. I found that the database upgrade for database version 167 is commented out in DatabaseVersionPersistence.java. After reverting the changes in that file the test suite passes for me. In general, adding new entries to the list of upgrades (when necessary) is okay, but removing entries will cause problems (as you found). I would be curious to know what led you to comment it out.
