I second that... and after you cut and paste you might have to manually remove the space (ASCII 0x20) character from the URL. This seems like a great time to plug Mailing List Etiquette! Specifically, consider using a URL-shortening service like http://snipr.com when sending long (>70 character) URLs since mailing list messages are often propagated in plain text and wrapped somewhere around 72 characters. Please see the mifos.org instructions for mailing list etiquette ( http://tinyurl.com/2do56p ). I've reproduced them here for your convenience (suggestions for improvements welcome): The following guidelines are designed to facilitate effortless communication on the Mifos mailing lists. Please be a considerate list citizen and abide by them! * quote only the relevant portion of the email to which you are replying, then post your response below the quoted text * post in plain text, not HTML * don't attach files larger than 10 kilobytes. Host them somewhere else and provide a link to the download. It is also a good idea to include a secure hash like an SHA-1 checksum of the file so others will know the content was not tampered with. The command-line program "sha1sum" works fine for this for this purpose. * shorten long hyperlinks using a service like TinyURL or Snipr. * see netiquette and ESR's advice on asking smart questions for more ideas on proper etiquette http://tinyurl.com/2do56p -- Adam Monsen ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Microsoft Defy all challenges.
