Hi there! Are you starting with a clean Mifos database? (run "ant build_db" to blow away completely clean out the database)
What Web browser are you using? I think we want to only support IE 6 for now (but it would be good to know if this is Firefox- or other-browser specific) Any chance you could record a Selenium script to reproduce the issue? see: http://mifos.org/developers/wiki/SmokeTesting for examples.
