To all Mifos developers, Please note that revision 12319 which was committed earlier today includes many database changes and results in a significant increase in the run time of the test suite.
This is a known issue and will be addressed by a subsequent commit that allows the test suite to run only a subset of the database upgrades rather than all database upgrades.
