That would be my bad. Database upgrade #176 is broken... please manually execute sql/upgrade_to_176_conditional.sql against the database and restart the test server. Sorry about this, I should have anticipated this failure but didn't. I'll work on a fix. For other developers out there, you can work around the problem by either executing the 176 conditional upgrade script manually, or running "ant build_db" before deploying.
