Hi,
thanks very much for your reply. I did exactly as you told me, although
have done that before but I have to do it again for confirmation. What I did
is that, I clicked on the Loan Account Link under Account Information which
I created for the Client.Then after clicking on it, I got the Loan Account
page where I found the Transaction module on the right side and I also got
Apply charges link under the Transaction but no Apply Payment Link. Then I
changed the status of the Account from Application Pending Approve to
Application Approve and I noticed that Disburse Loan Link appeared under the
Apply charges Link but no Apply Payment Link. Then I tried to change the
status again to Active In Good Standing as declared in the User Manual but
when I click on the Edit Account Status, I only saw cancel check box.So, I
did not click on it. I went back to the Loan Account Page and clicked on the
Disburse Loan Link as you said with the hope of seeing the Apply Payment
Link appear under the Transaction, but it did not appeared.
What I noticed is that the Application Approved Status has
disappeared and I see a red dot appeared.So, this is where I stopped for
now.
