Just want to clarify I understand a business rule correctly for Loan
Disbursals..
You cannot disburse a Loan in the Mifos until a Meeting has taken place for
the Client, Group or Center ?
i.e if i create a Client today , and the Meeting Schedule for the Center is
weekly on a Saturday (tomorrow) , the Mifos App
will not allow me disburse the Loan until tomorrow or Sunday ?
I get errors when I try disburse the Loan today for a Client I created
today..
1. When I disburse Loan on todays date it tells me "Date of transaction is
invalid. It can not be prior to last meeting date of the customer".
which indicates to me a rule that a meeting must take place first before
loan can be disbursed.
2. If i put in tomorrows date today then I get the error that disbursal date
cannot be in the future.

Please let me know and if there is an area that contains business rules we
should know about please let me know too.
I'd like to know all rules i need to take into consideration when creating
scripts for various activities within the Mifos..
