Thank you for raising this issue. In general, when you encounter an
issue with the latest code of Mifos, you do not have to feel obligated
to look in the source code to figure out the root cause of the issue.
Generally, it is best to look in the issue tracker and see if anyone
else has encountered your issue already. Here is some information on
how to query the issue tracker to try to find any related issues to
yours:

Once you have determined that there are no other relevant issues already
in the issue tracker, you can open an item yourself in the issue tracker
that describes your issue. When you open your item in the issue
tracker, you should indicate a very detailed and complete set of steps
to reproduce the issue. Equally important is to include the EXACT
revision of Mifos you are using and where you are using it (e.g. on your
own local machine on a WAR file that you have built yourself, or on the
test server, etc.). If you are encountering this issue on your own
machine, indicate what data you are using when you encounter this issue
(your own data created yourself, a dump from the test server, etc).
When you have opened your issue, the Mifos triage team will review it,
maybe ask you for some more information, and once we have enough
information, determine if the issue is one that needs to be fixed for
v1.1.
Handling things in this manner will ensure that you do not have to waste
your time trying to find issues in the code (especially if there is
already someone investigating the same issue) and ensures that we can
track and fix all issues in priority order.

Subject: [Mifos-functional] LOAN ACCOUNT LINKS NOT SHOWING
Hello,
Please I noticed that all the Links for the Loan Accounts I created are
not displaying on the Client Detail Page under Account Information where
they are supposed to be showing but the Saving Account Links are
showing.This problem occur in Mifos Version 1.1,but both Loan and Saving
Account Links are showing on Version 1.0.
So am thinking of looking into the source of the both version and see
if I can fix this.I do not know if someone has noticed this also,but I
will like someone to help look into this if the problem really occur in
your own mifos v1.1.
I will be expecting your reply on what you think I can do while I also
try to look into the codes I have and see if I can fix it.
