Hi all,
Thanks very much for you support,the problem of my Client Photo not
displaying with my mfi.war has been resolved.I can now understand Pooja's
inforamtion very well,I did exactly has he told me by changing the
/mifos/something-something in doc-root/application/client/customerpicture.jsp
to /mfi/.
I also changed this in doc-root/application/client/preview_ClientDetails.jsp
and the picture is coming up now.Although I am still seeing some errors in my
command line,but my Client Photo is up now.I do not know why those errors are
still showing.
Please, I would have enter this issue in the Issue Tracker as said by Aliya
but am still looking at how to use it.That is why I did not enter this Issue
there,but I got some useful info there when I was going through it.
Thanks very much to Pooja,Aliya,Mark and the rest developers in the community
who have been helping us.My partners both Owoeye Sunday Laurence and
Abdul-Quadri Dauda are also sending their regards.

helpful response around this issue. We really appreciate it. I had
suspected this was the issue when it was first reported on the listserv a week
or so ago by Owoeye Sunday Laurence, but had not had the chance to go and check
on this myself.
Matanmi - I think several other
people from your organization have posted this exact same query to the list in
the last week (both Owoeye Sunday Laurence and also Abdul-Quadri Dauda). I
apologize that we didn't respond to them immediately. In the
future, feel free to just send one email about this issue and respond to the
initial thread with any additional information from others in your
organization. I think that will make it easier for the community.
I think Pooja's information about
the cause of the issue is probably correct. But, rather than doing the
work around suggested below, I would suggest that you enter this item into the
issue tracker. The current version of Mifos is not yet complete/stable
and we are going through a process of fixing many bugs. It is very
helpful for us if you can log any issues of this nature (where things are not
functioning as you would expect) in the issue tracker. Once again, some
information on the best way to provide the information to help us investigate
the issue is in my last couple email messages to the community.
Please go ahead and enter this item in the
issue tracker and we will look into it in more detail for you.

This may not be the best answer but we faced a similar problem due to renaming
the war and found this:
The JSP which opens up on clicking "See Photo",
doc-root/application/client/customerpicture.jsp has the part-URL harcoded in it
with /mifos/something-something. So, if you can just change this mifos to mfi,
do that. If that is not doable due to multi-war deployment or something
similar, you can get the context root from request and insert that dynamically.
In our case, we wrote a small servlet that returned the image binary, this made
it easy to show the picture on every page.
